We are committed to sourcing materials responsibly and conducting our business ethically, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in alignment with our values of Honesty, Decency and Trust.
Glass Expansion does not knowingly support or contribute to armed conflict, human rights abuses, forced labour or child labour through the sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG) or other minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
Responsible minerals due diligence forms part of Glass Expansion’s supplier management process. Our approach is guided by recognised responsible sourcing frameworks, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
We expect our suppliers to share this commitment by:
- sourcing minerals responsibly;
- maintaining transparency within their supply chains;
- maintaining a responsible minerals sourcing policy or equivalent controls;
- providing Responsible Minerals declarations, including the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) upon request; and
- notifying Glass Expansion of any material responsible sourcing risks.
Where a supplier does not meet our expectations, Glass Expansion will work collaboratively to improve supply chain transparency and responsible sourcing practices.
